Butadiene-Acrylonitrile Latex

Product Introduction

The company now has three production line of acrylonitrile-butadiene latex. Its design annual output is 200 thousand tons and the covering area is about 80,000 square meters.

Acrylonitrile-butadiene latex is called XNBRL for short. It is anionic polymer emulsion, milky white liquid, with relative density of 0.991~1.050, acrylonitrile content of more than 33% and surface tension of less than 48 mN/m. Due to the introduction of strong polar carboxyl group in the macromolecular chain, the activity and adhesive strength of the latex are improved, and its performance is better than that of ordinary acrylonitrile-butadiene latex. After the introduction of carboxyl group and modified into XNBRL, the adhesive strength and mechanical properties of acrylonitrile-butadiene latex are improved.

In accordance with the content of acrylonitrile, it is divided into three types of high acrylonitrile (35%-45%), medium acrylonitrile (25%-33%) and low acrylonitrile (20%-25%)

It is used in non-woven fabrics adhesive, impregnated products, latex paper processing and oil resistant products.

The products are mainly used for manufacturing of oil resistant gloves. FM-101 type product is mainly used for lined gloves, and FM-201 type product is mainly used for unlined thin gloves and condoms.

Application Cases

1. XNBRL HD-B33

It is suitable for frosting, 13-needle nylon, kiss-coating non-woven fabrics and adhesive.

2. XNBRL HD-A35

It is suitable for cotton woolen cloth, flannelette, knitted cashmere, blue and yellow nitrile gloves. Its characteristics are super wear resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance and stab resistance.

3. XNBRL HD-E30

It is suitable for disposable unlined gloves in medical and industrial electronics.

Packaging:Packed by plastic cask (200±1 kg) or container cask (1000±3 kg)

Transportation:In the process of transportation, this product shall be strictly prohibited from strong impact, direct rain, snow and sun exposure. The transportation temperature shall be 1-40℃.

Storage:This product shall be sealed and stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse without corrosive gas, avoid sunlight, and be away from fire and heat sources. During storage, the PH value will decrease. The storage temperature is 1-40℃, and the shelf life is 3 months.
